[most newcomers to the realm of Luceti would be more concerned or focused on trying to leave this place or find answers. not to say that this certain resident hadn't checked out everything there was about this place after shortly arriving. he'd learned to leave those little wings on his back alone too after trying to give them a little tug and smarting more than he expected. but sometimes there was just some things that a man had to take care of that just couldn't wait. and what was that, someone might ask?]

Oh wow...things get really shaken up in the future, huh? ...hey, did you say Blackstar Dragon Balls?

As far as I know, there were only Earth's set and the ones found on Namek.

Yeah, that's right. There's another set. Apparently these Blackstar balls were created years before the Earth's and I think even the Namekian ones. So they're pretty ancient as far as Dragon Balls go.

Well what do you know... But why did we have to go all throughout space because I got turned into a kid? If you were trying to wish me back to my older body, wouldn't we just have to find the Dragon Balls on Earth? Or did something happen to them?

Because from what King Kai told you and Gohan, these balls when used scatter across the galaxy. It doesn't make much sense I know, but that's how they work. That's why mom built a spaceship for us to go find them in space.

Oh wow! No wonder we had to head into space! Were they on other planets or just floating out there? Because you'd think I could have just used Instant Transmission to make the trip a little faster...

Alright, I'll stop drilling you, Trunks. Basically you guys are way far in the future and I'm from the past. That's about it for now, right? Either way, you're still Trunks and Vegeta's still Vegeta.

Your strength was weakened when you were turned into a kid until you reached Super Saiyan four, but that's another story in itself.

That's right. Though I've actually done a bit of growing up contrary to how I was as a kid.

Super Saiyan 4?! [sorry Trunks. that one's a shock for him. there was a level beyond Super Saiyan 3? ...where did it stand on the scale compared to the Super Saiyan God? oh man. there's a lot he wants to know about now. and he knew he was done asking Trunks questions, but Super Saiyan 4. oh wow...so his potential still hadn't been reached yet] U-uh, yeah. You said that's another story. Eheheheh...

Hahah, yeah you definitely had a lot of your Dad in you then your other future self did. That's for sure. [not that it was a bad thing in the long run! Trunks' firey nature helped out in some tight pinches]

That's true but I actually did something dad wasn't too pleased about. You see after high school, I went to college and became the new CEO of Capsule Corp in place of mom. I kind of had to give up on fighting completely, which is why I said dad wasn't too pleased with me for what I did.

Yeah that sounds like something Vegeta would get upset over. But hey, I imagine you did all that because things were peaceful, right? After Majin Buu, we haven't really run into a lot of trouble.

Although you can never go wrong with a little training once in a while to keep yourself from getting rusty!

You're right Goku, which is why I've decided to start training here at the very least. Dad seems to be pretty happy about that. And from what he told me, I can get materials to make machines that I did at home from missions for the Malnosso.

That's good to hear, Trunks. We can use all the help we can get whenever we do get to the root of the problem here.
