[most newcomers to the realm of Luceti would be more concerned or focused on trying to leave this place or find answers. not to say that this certain resident hadn't checked out everything there was about this place after shortly arriving. he'd learned to leave those little wings on his back alone too after trying to give them a little tug and smarting more than he expected. but sometimes there was just some things that a man had to take care of that just couldn't wait. and what was that, someone might ask?]

[having set his journal down in front of him, a newcomer didn't quite anticipate that the video portion would be on at this point when he set it down. must have been a slip of the finger. but slowly but surely...]

[the fridge on the floor Goku's on in his apartment may or may not look a little...ahem...barren. sorry. excluding what he picked up on the way back. patting his stomach and wiping his mouth, he reaches for the journal now and looks into it. oh, it was on? he's not that technologically dumb thanks to the Briefs family, so he knows the video's on. but he didn't quite figure out that it recorded his entire dining escapade either]

Right... Now that I can think straight,

I'm supposed to be able to use this thing to talk to other people here, right? Guess that means I wasn't the only one taken away... I can't sense anyone's energy back home. Instant Transmission doesn't work either.

No, I've never heard of Airbending on Earth. We can fly though! But...that's not really manipulating the air, just using our Ki to push ourselves through it.

I'm also incredibly stubborn about not doing anything that I don't want to do. I promised Dad eight hours of training or until I passed out - whichever came first - as his Father's Day present, and I trained in secret and learned a bunch of new techniques that are good for fighting someone stronger than you from other worlds so I wouldn't completely bore him.

[In fact, these days, her fighting style is a very eclectic mix of moves she's learned mostly from people from other worlds. The one bit of natural Saiyan fighting talent that's surfaced in a big way has involved being able to make those styles flow seamlessly together into one of her very own.]

Needless to say, Dad was very surprised.

I see. That is different from airbending... but it's okay. I haven't found another world yet that has bending like we do, but you all have your own neat things.

I would not be quick to judge since I haven't faced them yet, but I agree with you. This makes me want to get drafted to fight them.

Yeah, I've seen my fair share of strong opponents.

You and me both! If anything, even if we're at a disadvantage, it'll give us a better idea of what we're up against and how to train to beat them.

[Goku looks pumped. Minato couldn't agree more with what he said, though. This makes him smile a little]

Then, if I ever get drafted, I'll inform you of their strengths and weaknesses so you will also have a clear idea. We can also help each other if both of us get drafted.

Well that's good to know. Certainly a useful tool.

All of them were earned through effort and through successfully faking him out. Having odd combinations of moves helped.]

Well yeah. All Saiyans can do it. You get really huge and your power multiples by ten at least. The problem is you go on a rampage if you let it control you.
